If you’ve ever wanted a behind the scenes look into our brewery, we’ve got a room with a view and a brew for you. Our Tasting Room features four large windows right into our packaging hall so you can get a peek in on the action as you enjoy any of the sixteen craft brews on tap.
In addition to our craft brews, you’ll find the full Phillips lineup on offer—including small batch distilled spirits, craft brewed non-alcoholic beer, and house-made sodas and tonics. And there’s more good news: we’re upgrading our kitchen! Starting May 12, we’re teaming up with Roast to bring a fresh new food experience to the Tasting Room. Expect stacked sandwiches, hearty bowls, crisp salads, and new specials like hot dog towers, nachos, and tots—all made to pair perfectly with Phillips beers, cocktails, and non-alc favourites like iOTA and Phillips Soda. Until then, we’re still serving a curated snack menu featuring giant fresh pretzels, locally made beer-infused meat sticks, and more.
Our knowledgeable staff love to talk beer and would be happy to help offer suggestions catered to your palate from our ever-changing beer lists or field any questions related to our craft brewing and distilling program. Whether you’re a local or visiting Victoria for the first time, our Tasting Room is here to take you and your tastebuds on a craft beer adventure.

Accessibility: Phillips Beer Tasting Room and Patio is an accessible space. Enter through the Tasting Room entrance on Government St. which is one level. We also offer an accessible washroom for customers.
