We’ve refreshed the Phillips Taproom with a new kitchen, now home to Roast, along with updated washrooms, expanded food and beverage offerings, group reservations, catering options, and more ways to gather at the brewery. It’s still the same welcoming place to meet friends, bring family, try something new, and settle in over great food and fresh pours. We’ve also expanded the beverage menu, with new spirits, tasting flights, cocktails, non-alcoholic options, and plenty more to enjoy around the table.

Our Taproom menu brings together fresh Phillips beer, an expanded food offering from Roast in our new kitchen, tasting flights, cocktails, spirits, non-alcoholic options, and plenty more to enjoy around the table.
Whether you’re stopping by for a quick pint, settling in for food with friends, or building your own tasting experience, the menu is made for easy visits, proper hangs, and good flavour from start to finish.
Reservations
Group reservations are available for parties of 8 or more.
Planning a birthday, team hang, family gathering, pre-show pint, or bigger-than-usual catch-up? We now accept reservations for groups of 8 or more at the Taproom.
For smaller groups, walk-ins are welcome. We’ll always do our best to get you seated and sorted.

Great snacks, good company, and space for every kind of gathering
From small hangs to full buyouts, we offer flexible ways to host—starting with catering from Roast, all the way to full Taproom events.
Keep it simple and bring the experience to you with catering, or host with us in a semi-private setting for more intimate gatherings. For a dedicated space, our Showcase gallery accommodates private events of up to 50 guests with flexible layouts to suit your needs. Looking to go all out? Book the entire Taproom for a full buyout and host groups of up to 150.
Whether it’s a casual work function, private celebration, or something in between, our team can help you find the right fit.

Phillips Taproom and Patio is an accessible space. Enter through the Taproom entrance on Government St., which is one level. We also offer accessible washrooms for customers.
