Shields Up!

  Art fans and beer lovers! We've got a new exhibit up at the Phillips Gallery. For the month of September, stop by and check out a variety of new paintings by Victoria artist Dennis Shields. There's a mix of geometric shapes and still life, as well as more abstract work. The Riff Returns

  Last year's inaugural Rifflandia music festival was fueled by Phillips Brewing's easy-drinking pilsner, the almighty Rifflandabräu! The tasty tandem locked lips and made sweet liquored love at a number of memorable shows throughout Victoria last Labour Day weekend. Sweet Mother of Crap...It's the Phillips Comedy Night!

Grab yourself a pint and settle in to be entertained by some of Victoria's best improvisers. You will be held in a state of complete amusement by host and local funnyman Wes Borg as he guides you through the turnstile of hillarity. Artists wanted!

Call for submissions: We have a beautiful lobby space at our new brewery location and we'd like to fill it with great art. We're offering our walls on a monthly rotation to local artists who could use some space. We'll even throw in an opening reception with Phillips beer on hand of course.
