-four garlic cloves
-four cups sharp cheddar
-a six-pack of Phillips Original IPA

 

Grate four cups of the sharp cheddar and peel four garlic cloves. Combine the two in a food processor and puree. Slowly add the IPA, about a 1/4 cup or untill smooth. Transfer to a bowl and let sit in the fridge up to hour. Now you can spread this ass-kickin' cheese on any thing. I put mine on spicy bbq buffalo burgers with grilled onions. BOOM BOOM!! Dont forget to enjoy the rest of the beer.
